For the past several years, Eric Ratliff has advised and worked with numerous financial institutions to create solutions
for their clients on issues relating to international and domestic tax, estate and business planning. Eric is one of a
few practitioners in the Southeastern United States that is both admitted to practice in the United States (Virginia,
Tennessee, and South Dakota) as well as the United Kingdom and Wales by way of studies at Oxford University. Through the
lawyer's practice directive, he is qualified to represent clients on location in EU member nations. Eric and his family
live in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Byron McQuain graduated magna cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. After working as a musician in Nashville for two years, he attended the University of Tennessee’s College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2014, focusing his coursework in estate planning, tax law and intellectual property. He strives to provide comprehensive counseling for individuals seeking to structure an estate plan, as well as artists seeking counsel for business decisions. His interests include estate planning and entertainment law. Byron and his wife live in Knoxville,Tennessee. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music every chance he gets, gardening and escaping into the Smoky Mountain National Park
